I PROPRIETRESS give total adoration and all glory to God for making our dreams of yester years come true and for the seed that was planted ten years ago becoming a giant oak tree today. Education like other professions such as Engineering, Medicine, Law,Radiography and carpentary is not to be handled by non-professionals, but by specialist who know what it takes to educate people. It even requires more technicalities at the secondary school level where adolescent are the focus. Failure to train properly at this stage in all aspects of education may lead to total collapse of adulthood and career. On this note, I wish to thank all the members of the management of this college that joined hands to see that Akinyosoye at the beginning. It gives me joy to see the college grow, not only in academics but also in co-curricular activities and character. The college has produced qualitative and productive young ones within a very short time of ten years. The behavior of our students in their various tertiary institutions nationally and internationally and their excellent performance shows that we have actually sent forth model young ones for Nigeria. I wish to thank the dedicated staff of the college and the ever ready parents that joined in developing the students. I would also want to mention the support of my husband, Dr J.B.O.Ogunsusi and my younger brother prof.Akinyosoye.I seize this opportunity to register the school’s appreciation to all who have in one way or the other contributed to the development of Akinyosoye Model College in Bamikemo and ile-oluji.I appreciate the old and present students of the college.
